About Me
Queer | Second-generation | Lifelong learner
Mother | Child | Sister | Partner | Friend
I am second-generation Korean-American and grew up in Maryland as a younger daughter of a Presbyterian Pastor. I moved to the Boston area for college, and attended MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) initially to build spaceships. I ended up graduating MIT with a degree in Urban Studies and Planning and minor in creative writing instead.
I dove into higher-ed STEM outreach and community engagement work and then worked in several nonprofits in the following decade+.
Now, I do deeper work with individuals and relationships to create lasting change.
I will create with you, challenge you, and push you into self-archeology to dig up that thing, dust it carefully, and discover if it’s bone or a pot.
